[!] Fix my alarm clock situation. I downloaded Marc Rebillet's alarm, and also some tornado sirens. However, the problem lies in the pixel9a itself. I may have to download a 3rd party app.

6 miles every day!! Doesn't have to be running. Can also be walking.

write out my exact pre-shower gym workout. 3 diff exercises (minimum). Just get the body moving. Body-part focus is better for consistency. Consider a google form?
